Training

In the first instance (pre-launch) we typically adopt a 'train-the-trainer' approach to get your head office up-to-speed with using and administering the Pacific Marketing Suite software. To support this (or in circumstances where this is not appropriate) we also offer end-user training, either on-site or via online meeting facilities (particularly if your users are spread out geographically).

Pacific Marketing Suite is intuitive to use and contains help on each screen to assist users. End-user training supports this and is most effective at launch to engage and encourage early adoption of the solution.

Training methods

  • Online meeting facilities - a majority of our training, particularly for end-users, is conducted online. Sessions are often recorded and posted onto the portal for users to download or review.
  • Workshops - workshops provide a great forum for users to get together to experience the software, learn about its capabilities and collaborate on ideas. We advocate the use of dedicated workshops and/or break-out sessions at regional staff meetings to educate and train staff and can support you in this process.
  • One-to-One - personal one-to-one training sessions are most appplicable to head office staff responsible for training end-users on an ongoing basis.

Ongoing training

We understand your staff and users change and recognise the need to assist you with (or provide) ongoing training and education.
