TrainingIn the first instance (pre-launch) we typically adopt a 'train-the-trainer' approach to get your head office up-to-speed with using and administering the Pacific Marketing Suite software. To support this (or in circumstances where this is not appropriate) we also offer end-user training, either on-site or via online meeting facilities (particularly if your users are spread out geographically). Pacific Marketing Suite is intuitive to use and contains help on each screen to assist users. End-user training supports this and is most effective at launch to engage and encourage early adoption of the solution. Training methods
